Q. Can I access e-learning anywhere on any PC?

A.  Yes! All of our e-learning resources are Internet based so as long as you have Internet access you can access the learning materials at work, home and/or anywhere else. We supply you with a unique user name and password.

Q. Are these courses qualifications?

A. Many of these courses have been designed specifically to lead directly to particular qualifications or provide underpinning knowledge for specific qualifications. Others are ideal for induction or refresh training. In summary, they have been created to meet a wide range of learning needs.

Q. Are there any time limits on training access?

A. The pace of the courses is dictated by the learner and you can dip in and out around other commitments.  You can also continue to access the course after you have completed it in order to refresh your understanding.  Access lasts for 1 year from purchase date. 

Q. What happens if I forget my login details?

A. Click on 'Forgot login details' and we will send you an email to allow you to reset your login deatils.
